We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and URBAN EDGE Salon & Spa Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.

 

Gift Cards are available for any denomination, and can be redeemed for products or services. Our custom designed gift cards are elegantly packaged. Your order is just a phone call away! Your gift card can be picked up the same day or mailed to your home or office. If you would like, we will gladly mail it directly to your special person. No refunds on gift cards. If you are the recipient of a raffle or door prize, gift card may only be used for the listed service on the gift certificate and cannot be exchanged for other services or products. NOTE: Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuities. Paper Gift Certificates can include gratuity if they are included at time of purchase.

 

It is recommended that you prebook your appointment at the time of your service to ensure that we keep you looking and feeling your best. New appointments should be made 1-2 weeks in advance to get the time that is best for your schedule. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

 

Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount of the service will be charged.

 

We kindly request 24 hours notice on all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to allow us the time to book another guest. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.

 

We welcome walk-ins; however available appointments generally fill up during the day.  We suggest that you give us a call and we can tell you what  times are currently available for the day.

 

We want to keep you looking and feeling your best. We send automated text (SMS) appointment reminders to your cell phone. Text messages are sent 3-5 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

 

Not receiving text reminders or need a phone reminder? Just let us know your preferred number and method and we will set your perference in our computer system. Phone reminders are made 1-2 days prior to your appointment.

 

We appreciate your business and the confidence you place in us. Earn 5 points for every $100 you spend on products and services. Each point is equal to $1 and can be redeemed at anytime for any of our professional products.

 

Earn $5 for every new client you refer to Urban Edge. Referred client will receive $5 of their first visit and you will receive a $5 credit to your account to use on any service or product.

 

We are often asked about gratuities.  Gratuities are not included in any services, treatments or gift cards.  Gratuities may be included on paper gift certificates if it states an amount or says gratuity is included. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15%-20%. Gratuities can be given in cash, check or credit card.
